This is a complete exterior we did in May of 2009 and it's the 5th time we've painted a house this color. People seam to really like it. This home never had a paint job since it had been constructed in 1999. We all know the typical lack of quality a paint job on a new home receives on the outside. This new paint job will last and stay looking good by the time another 10 years comes around. With minor maintenance after the 8-10 year period and annual pressure washing, this job could easily provide up to 15 plus years of lasting beauty and protection.
Here we fully pressure washed and cleaned the home, removed all loose and peeling paint, especially on the trim work and spot primed all bare wood using Peel Bond from XIM, fully caulked all weather concerning and some cosmetic seams using elastomeric caulking, patched gouges, then applied 2 thick and even coats of paint using our unique application system which includes the first coat being 100% of the way back applied with a brush over every square inch of your home, then having a 2nd thick and even coat sprayed on only making for the ultimate finish to last many years to come.
Using a high quality paint like Sherwin Williams Super Paint, like we did here, will ensure your paint job doesn't oxidize and start to fail prematurely. Remember, great paint jobs last because of great workmanship and great paint.

Total the job took us 108 hours along with a few extra hours spent painting the fence line on both sides of her home, and to paint, install and purchase 3 sets of new vinyl shutters. Total the job cost for all paint, labor, and materials with a Savvy Saver coupon, came out to $4,857.00.
