A Drastic Change So Relieving

Here is a paint job we completed in April of 2008. It was such a night and day difference we have since painted two other homes within the same block.

There was a lot of loose and peeling paint on all the trim work, some caulking (some was done when their new windows were installed), and lots of recessed nail holes all over the home we had to patch.

For this home we used Sherwin Williams Duration paint for the extra knowledge and comfort this paint job will be lasting, shinning many years to come. We used our unique application techniques and sprayed, then back-applied the paint using a 1" nap roller cover, then we applied a 2nd thick and even coat by spray only. We then brush and rolled all trim and doors by hand. Before another paint job will be needed and if minor maintenance is performed, their next needed paint job won't be for another 12-15+ years.

On this job, we didn't get the final shots with their lights up and the rest of the shutters installed, but wow, did everything come together on this paint job. Driving by this place and it pops right out at you with a brilliant paint job.

The job took us approximately 108 hours and costed our client $3,850.00 for all paint, labor, and materials.
